Check the house number, building/block, entrance, and locality. If the courtyard is gated or restricted, agree on an accessible meeting point. A map marker near a building might be on the opposite side from the most convenient access point. Provide a clear landmark and verify the final address, especially if the establishment has multiple locations.
You must confirm the vehicle configuration and availability; simply adding a comment to the order does not mean all requests have been agreed upon.
Request acceptance, the driver search, and vehicle assignment are distinct stages. When booking a future trip, clarify when you will receive confirmation and vehicle details. A notification that a search is underway should not be taken as final confirmation that the car is on its way.
If your departure time is approaching and a vehicle has not yet been confirmed, check the status in advance. For trips with a strict arrival time, it is wise to have a backup transport option. If your plans change, update or cancel your request and verify its status.
