To do this, follow the link above or open the Play Market, enter Shark Taxi - Driver in the search bar, then go to the application page and click the “Install” button.

To update the program in the future, you need to go to the “My Applications” section in the Play Market and click “Update”.

After installing and launching the application, a window with a field for entering your phone number will appear on the smartphone screen.

After entering the number, the "Get code" button will become active, click on it and the registration block will appear on your screen.

At the first stage of registration, you need to fill in your personal data (name, date of birth) + add photos:

a) Photo of the driver's license (front side)

b) Photo of the driver's license (reverse side)

The second stage of registration is dedicated to your car.

You need to fill in the data about the car, in the drop-down list, select the model, make, register the state number and add photos:

a) Photo of the vehicle registration certificate (front side)

b) Photo of the vehicle registration certificate (reverse side)

At the third stage of registration, you need to request an SMS with a verification code and enter it.

After registration is complete, you will have to wait a while before you can start fulfilling orders.

All applications are moderated manually, so usually you will have to wait about two hours.

If all the entered data are correct and the moderator has no additional questions, then very soon you will receive a message confirming successful registration in the system.

If it is necessary to correct or clarify any details, you will be notified about it.

Moderation is carried out around the clock. The maximum time for consideration of an application is limited to days (from the moment of submission).

To start fulfilling orders, you need to be logged in. To do this, enter your contact phone number and click on the "Get code" button. After receiving an SMS-message, enter it in the corresponding empty field - and you can get to work.

Remember: if you have changed your phone or phone number, you will need to contact technical support.

Attention! You cannot work using one account in the system on several devices at the same time.

After starting the application and entering the main working section, the main screen will be displayed on your smartphone's screen. Here you can see the orders available at the moment.

The main screen interface includes the following:

  • Button "Free": reflects your status and readiness to carry out orders. If you click on the button, the status will change to "Busy", and you will not receive information about new orders received.
  • In the upper right corner are the buttons necessary to go to other sections of the program menu. You can also jump by sliding your finger across the screen from right to left.

Available orders are displayed in a list, in order of distance from you. The nearest ones are located at the top, the furthest ones are at the end of the list.

Example: The information about order indicates:

  • The point at which the client waits (A) and the place where he needs to be taken (B);
  • Distance separating you and the customer (2.9 km);
  • The length of the route from the point of delivery of the car to the final point (14.3 km);
  • The price of the order (129 UAH);

If you click on the order, additional details will be displayed.


You can accept an order both from the air and by auto-assignment, that is, by a robot.

Robot (automatic order acceptance) with the possibility of confirmation within 15 seconds.

Clicking on any order, you will get access to additional details relating to it.

  • # 36626190: the registration number of the order;
  • Headphone icon: the order is made through the dispatcher. If the Android or iOS icon is displayed, then the order was made through the appropriate device.
  • "Accept Order" button: by clicking on it, you agree with the acceptance of the order and notify the system of the beginning of its execution;
  • Navigator: builds a route along city streets from you to the client and from it - to the end point.
  • Show route: shows on the screen the route from your car to the point where you need to pick up the client and the path from it to the final destination point.
  • The tariff is increased: The price formation is carried out by studying all the details of the order. The mark-up is formed depending on weather conditions, quality of roads and congestion of the city. If you accepted an order for which the markup is included, you will see it in your order details.
  • Took: records the time at which you took the order;
  • In-Place: displays the time when you notified the customer that you have arrived and are ready to take him. Also time is fixed in case of automatic notification of the client by the system.
  • Called: The time when the customer was notified by you that his car is in place.
  • Met: fixes the time when you at the meeting of the client confirmed his landing using the "Met" button.

Below is the additional information about the client:

  • Name;
  • Contact phone number;
  • The total number of orders in the Shark Taxi system;
  • The class of the machine that the client specified.

1. Preparing for the trip

  • Make sure your car is fully functional.

- After a stop of the vehicle;

- In the absence of barriers to entry or exit (fences, pools, etc.)
