The staff is properly selected with the most professional approach possible, and in view of the fact that I use regularly, this cannot fail to please.
I had a conflict situation with a driver the other day. Thanks to the girl who talked to me and solved the situation. The driver apologized and I am satisfied. Despite this, I will still use your service.
I am abroad, I urgently needed the delivery of medicines mother is in Kropivnitsky, I turned to the website service, what pleased me was a very quick feedback, I was advised that the delivery can pay for the card to the driver, which is very convenient, because my mother can not go down to pick up drugs and pay for the order. Very pleased with the work of the operator and driver, the order was delivered without any problems, I will definitely apply again!
Use for some time. All I can say is “thank you” to the developers. The app is very comfortable in every aspect.
Due to my job I use taxi services all the time. This makes the Shark Taxi application an indispensable thing for me.
Many people in our society to this day believe that using a taxi is expensive and unprofitable. Some, being skeptical about the pricing policy of taxi services, still use their services. These notes of discontent, in one way or another, create tension between passengers and drivers, which does not very favorably affect the perception of their work and the trip in general.
SHARK Taxi has very prudently introduced the up-to-date service “Own Price”, so that customers can set the level of payment they see fit. The SHARK passenger not only directly participates in the pricing of the tariff, but also gets a comfortable trip for the most acceptable money, at his discretion.
The "Own Price" tariff works according to the following principle:
It should be noted that the tariff "Own price" from SHARK Taxi in Zaporozhye retains:
It is important that the client can set his own price, starting from the minimum permissible price level for the tariff, however, this will not affect the conditions in the cabin, and in general during the trip.
SHARK Taxi provides its customers with a high level of service at affordable prices, worrying about their safety and comfort.
Order SHARK in Zaporozhye at the “Own price” tariff and enjoy the trip!
